Have you ever wanted to type 60 degrees as 60º?

This and various other symbols can be typed into your email, word processor, etc..

The following chart will show you the symbols (Characters). To use the chart, find the symbol (the degree symbol is 167). When you need to use a symbol in a document (email or other), look for the number beside the symbol. In the document, put the cursor where you with the symbol to be, then press and hold the ALT key down and type the number on the number keypad, then release the ALT key.

A lot of laptop's do not have a number pad on the side, but have numbers using the FN key. It is different on different laptops. Read the manual for your laptop to find out how to activate the numerical keypad.
